Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data the SaveTime app and website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using SaveTime you agree to this Policy.
1. Data we collect
- Account details — name, email, phone (optional), profile photo, age, gender, and bio you choose to provide.
- Activity data — app-usage and blocking activity, blocked-attempt counts, focus/study sessions, Pomodoro sessions, and step counts. This powers your stats, focus score, and ranking.
- Wellness & booking data — coach bookings, session status, chat messages, and payment-proof screenshots you upload.
- Device & technical data — device identifiers, approximate country (via IP), and diagnostics for reliability.
2. How we use your data
- To provide focus tools, stats, ranking, and wellness features.
- To operate subscriptions, rewards, and support.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud/manipulation.
We use activity data only to power your own stats and ranking. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Permissions
Depending on your device, we request permissions such as usage access, notifications, motion/fitness (steps), and camera (profile/QR). You can manage these in your device settings at any time.
4. Children
If you are under 18, you may use SaveTime only with a parent or guardian's consent. For users known to be children, we rely on verifiable parental consent where required and do not use their data for targeted advertising. Guardians may contact us to review or delete a child's data.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting, image storage, payment links) and where required by law. Coaches you book receive the booking details needed to deliver the session.
6. Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account and associated data from within the app (Privacy & Data → Delete Account & Data). We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
8. Contact & grievances
