Delete your Dhira account

Dhira is provided by SaveTimeLife. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data here without installing, reinstalling, or signing in to the app.
Account deletion is permanent. Once deletion is completed, your account data is removed from our live application database and linked uploads. You lose access to your account and deleted data cannot be recovered. Creating a new account does not restore your old data.
Request deletion by email
Email an account deletion request
Send your request to savetimelifeofficial@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Dhira account. You can also use these details in any email service if the link does not open an email app.
- Send the request from the email address registered with your Dhira account.
- State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
- If you cannot access that email address, contact us and identify your registered email address. We will explain how to verify ownership before processing the request.
We verify account ownership to prevent someone else from deleting your account. Do not email passwords, one-time sign-in codes, or payment-card details. Opening the email link does not submit a request; you must send the email.
Processing time
We process deletion requests within 7 days after verifying account ownership. We will email you when processing is complete. Identity verification must be completed before this seven-day period starts.
Account data and deletion
Deletion covers your profile, saved sign-in sessions, activity history, bookings, private chats, owned groups, linked uploaded files, and local payment records. For in-app account deletion, we retain only your email address, selected deletion reason, and deletion date and time in a separate record. After verifying email ownership, we can use it to confirm when your account was deleted. It cannot restore the account or its deleted data.
This deletion record has no automatic expiry. Contact savetimelifeofficial@gmail.com to request its removal after email ownership verification. Your name, device identifiers, activity, chats, and payment history are not included in this record.
Deletion is not a temporary account pause. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
Scope of deletion
Shared expense balances are anonymised rather than deleting other members' records. Account deletion does not erase receipts held independently by payment providers, copies saved by other people, or infrastructure backups. There is no account or data recovery option.
Account deletion does not issue a refund. Cancel recurring subscriptions separately before deleting your account, using the purchase-specific instructions in our Refund Policy.
Delete from the app
You can also open Privacy & Data in Dhira and choose Delete Account & Data. Choose a reason or skip, then review the deletion notice and confirm. You do not need to use this in-app option to submit an email deletion request.
