Ranking Rules

The global leaderboard recognises consistent focus activity. Rankings do not award cash, gifts, gift cards, vouchers, or other prizes. A premium subscription provides access to features; it does not purchase a rank, a prize, or a guaranteed conversation with the team.

1. Skill and effort, not chance

Ranks reflect your recorded activity and consistent effort — such as blocking distractions, focus and study time, and healthy activity. Outcomes are based on merit and skill, not on chance, luck, or any random draw.

2. Eligibility

• Open to eligible students aged 10 and above.
• Participants under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these rules on the participant's behalf.
• Rankings are global, with one top-ten list rather than separate country lists.
• Viewing rankings in the app requires an active premium subscription.

3. How ranking is calculated

Your rank is derived from an activity score covering phone control, study & focus, and active living. Scores update periodically. A minimum level of consistent activity may be required to qualify for a rank.

4. Optional top-ten conversations

An administrator may enable a private conversation for a current global top-ten member. Reaching the top ten does not automatically open a conversation. When enabled, the app displays "Connect with us" in the Focus Rank section. A conversation may continue after a member's rank changes.

An administrator may end or hide a conversation and reopen it later. While it is ended or hidden, the member cannot open its history or send new messages. Ending a conversation does not delete its stored history, which remains accessible to administrators. If the conversation is reopened, its saved history becomes available to the member again.

Separately from chat messages, an administrator may publish a motivational quote in your own Focus Rank section and may edit or clear it. This quote is not published to other leaderboard members. It may remain visible after the conversation ends until an administrator clears it; ending chat does not remove the quote.

Team messages, including motivational quotes, are optional encouragement, not rewards or a promise of improved results. A top-ten rank or subscription does not guarantee a reply or response time. These conversations are separate from ordinary support. Our Privacy Policy explains how conversation data is used and retained and how to request its deletion.

5. Integrity & anti-manipulation

Any attempt to manipulate scores, use automation, create duplicate accounts, or otherwise game the ranking may result in disqualification or correction of recorded activity.

6. Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the ranking programme, and update these rules, at any time. If we make an important change to these rules, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
